  1. The September Christmas Offer-‘Party organiser goes free’ is only valid when booking the Ultimate Christmas Package for six or more people.
  2. This offer is only valid on bookings made between 2nd - 29th September 2019 inclusive.
  3. The party organiser will receive a free Christmas party package on the date of booking.
  4. No cash alternative available.
  5. The offer is subject to availability.
  6. The Christmas Party Packages are available from 25th November 2019 until 19th January 2020.
  7. The Christmas Party Packages are not available at the following casinos: The Park Tower, The Barracuda, Grosvenor Casino Gloucester Road, Grosvenor Casino St Giles, Grosvenor Casino Russell Square, Grosvenor Casino Brighton, The Rialto and Grosvenor Casino Hull.
  8. All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
  9. A non-refundable £5 deposit per person is required at the time of booking with the full balance paid at least 14 days prior to the party.
  10. Table reservations may not be guaranteed for more than 30 minutes beyond the time booked.
  11. Christmas Package food and festive drinks are required to be pre-ordered before the party date. Please notify the casino of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  12. The drink from the Christmas Cracker Package includes 175ml house wine or a pint of beer, lager or cider.
  13. The Lucky Number Roulette Bet is an enhanced odds bet to put on any single number for a chance to win £20 (£50 at Grosvenor Casino Victoria and Grosvenor Casino Golden Horseshoe).
  14. In the event that any pre-agreed entertainment for your booking is cancelled, the casino will not be held liable.
  15. All attendees must be over 18 years old. Photo ID may be required.  Think 25 policy applies.
  16. Prices include VAT at the current rate.
  17. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing.
  18. Offers are subject to availability.
  19. Management reserve the right to alter or withdraw any offers at any time.
  20. The promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time.
