Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is valid only to customers of grosvenorcasinos.com.
  2. To qualify, customers must have qualifying settled sport bet from Monday at 00:00 GMT until Sunday at 23:59 GMT up to a minimum of £25 each week to receive a free bet. (if a bet settles after 23:59 each Sunday, it will form part of the following week's Sport Club qualifying bets.)
  3. Qualifying bets must be real money Sport bets with cumulative odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater.
  4. Void bets, ‘Cashed Out’ bets and bets using odds boost/free bet tokens do not count as qualifying bets.
  5. The free bet tokens will be credited before 23:59 on Tuesday each week of the promotion. Please allow 72 hours in case of extenuating circumstances.
  6. Customer will see the Free Bet available to use on the sport bet slip, full details of it can be found under “My Sport Offers” in the sports tab.
  7. Free bet tokens can only be redeemed on Sport bets.
  8. Free bet token value is not included in any bet returns
  9. Free bet tokens expire 7 days after credit.
  10. Free bet token must be used in its entirety. It cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets.
  11. Free bet token cannot be combined with ‘real money’ stakes.
  12. Any customer who opts out of this promotion will not be able to Opt in again.
  13. The offer is only available to players that have registered from one of our permitted and licensed jurisdictions.
