1. This Promotion is managed by Grosvenor Casino (“The Promoter”).
2. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casino “Live Lightning Roulette Bonus” promotion (“the Promotion”).

5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
6. The promotion will run from 01.00 Friday 28^th and ends at 01:00 UK time on the Monday 31^st July (the “Promotional Period”).

Overall Mechanics:

9. The bonus should be awarded instantly but no later than 72 hours.
10. The Max winning amount to convert to real cash will be £200.
11. This offer is available once per customer during the Promotional Period.

Bonus Mechanics:

12. The Live Lightning Roulette Bonus” will be available to claim in the promotional page during the promotional period. Failure to claim the Live Casino Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.
13. You have 72 hours from the date the bonus is added to your account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
14. The maximum amount that can be won from this bonus will be capped at £200 Live Casino Bonus.
15. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
16. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

18. The Requirements are as follows:
    1. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 2 time before any winnings can be withdrawn.
    2. Stakes on eligible games only will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
    3. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
    4. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.

21. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
22. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
23. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.

General Terms & Conditions

25. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on customers.
26. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
27. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
28. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
