1. This promotion is valid only to customers of www.grosvenorcasinos.com who have directly received the offer.
2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 01:00 on Saturday 30^th October 2021 and ends at 23:59 on Sunday 31^st October 2021 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page and stake minimum £500 cash on any Live Casino tables to receive 20% bonus back on their losses or winnings up to a maximum of £100 Live Casino bonus.
4. 20% on losses will be calculated as total cash stakes minus total winnings from these stakes.
5. 20% on winnings will be calculated as total winnings from cash stakes.
6. Minimum bonus awarded will be £5.
7. The accreditation of live casino bonus will take place within one week following the end of the Promotional Period. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.
14. Cash stakes on eligible games will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
15. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
16. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
17. Customers have 3 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
18. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
19. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

25. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.

31. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.

If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
