6. The promotion will run from this Saturday 25^th 00:00 until 23:59 on Sunday 26^th March (the "Promotional Period"

Eligible Players

7. Eligible players must be:
   1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry

Overall, Mechanics:

8. Eligible Players must opt- in via the promotion page then deposit a minimum of £20 and stake a minimum of £20 on Live casino games to receive the £5 Live Casino Bonus.
9. The bonus should be awarded instantly but no later than 72 hours after successfully meeting the bonus criteria.
10. Qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
11. Live casino bonus will be credited immediately after the minimum stake requirements has been met.
12. This offer is available once per customer during the Promotional Period.
    
    

Bonus Mechanics

13. The Live Casino Loyalty Deposit Boost will be available to the player instantly once the player has completed the deposit and stake requirements (£20 or more).
14. Bonus is playable on live casino games.
15. You have 72 hours from the date the bonus is added to your account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
16. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
17. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

19. The Requirements are as follows:
    1. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 2 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
    2. Maximum amount convertible from Live Casino Bonus into cash after meeting wagering requirements will be £1000 and will be capped automatically.
    3. Stakes on eligible games only will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
    4. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
    5. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.

    7. Some games will contribute a lower wagering percentage than others, as illustrated in the following table:

 **Note: Low risk bets on Roulette games: No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

20. A live casino bonus does not guarantee winnings.

General Terms and Conditions 

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
23. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
24. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor eligible players. Eligible players who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
26. Eligible players whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
27. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
28. Grosvenor reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
29. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age, and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
