2. The offer is available from receipt of this email until 23:59 UK time on Sunday 25th April 2021.
3. In order to qualify, customers must stake minimum £5 cash on Grosvenor Poker during the Promotional Period to receive £5 bonus that can be used on any slot game, excluding the games mentioned below.
4. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
5. The bonus must be claimed from the Promotions page within four days following the end of the Promotional Period.
6. Grosvenor Casinos will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to delay or postpone the accreditation.

10. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
11. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
12. Customers have 3 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
13. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
14. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
24. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
26. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
27. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
