€10,000,000 GTD ELITE SERIES: WINTER EDITION

The promoter of this €10,000,000 GTD Elite Series XL: Winter Ultimate Edition promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the “Operator”).

Some “EXL” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.

Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Elite Series XL: Winter Ultimate Edition related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.

To participate in the missions, players must opt in once per-mission for the duration of the Mission Qualification Periods via the poker software.

Maximum amount of “€10 WINTER SLAM” entry tickets issued for completing the “WINTER SLAM” revenue mission: 1 per player per Revenue Mission Qualification Period (3 tickets total during series).

“EXL €X Ticket Dec24”, “€250 WINTER CHALLENGER”, “€30 WINTER CHALLENGER SAT”, “€100 ARCTIC CONTENDER”, “€15 ARCTIC CONTENDER SAT”, “€55 FROZEN FORTUNE”, ”€10 WINTER SLAM”, “€10,000 EXL Freeroll“ and “€2,000 KO Master Freeroll” Entry Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

All “EXL €X Ticket Dec24” can only be used to enter “EXL” tournaments during the Promotion Period and expire 2 months after having been issued.

After the Elite Series XL: Winter Ultimate Edition they will be linked to all tournaments until expired as stated above.

“€250 WINTER CHALLENGER”, “€30 WINTER CHALLENGER SAT”, “€100 ARCTIC CONTENDER”, “€15 ARCTIC CONTENDER SAT”, “€55 FROZEN FORTUNE” & ”€10 WINTER SLAM” can only be used to enter the respective “EXL” target tournament during the Promotion Period and expire after the target tournament played.

“€10,000 EXL Freeroll“ / “€2,000 KO Master Freeroll” Entry Tickets expire on 16/01/2025.

Minimum required players for the “€10,000 EXL Freeroll” to start: 19.

Minimum required players for the “€2,000 KO Master Freeroll” to start: 2.

If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled and the entry ticket can be used in the next freeroll.

All “€10,000 EXL Freeroll“ / “€2,000 KO Master Freeroll” tournaments will be capped at 10,000 maximum entrants.

If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

To be able to play at Operator / <<Site name>> it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.

Operator and/or any third party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.

Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.

Employees, any family members of employees, of Operator and/or Operator’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.

Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.

These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

“Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.
