1. The promoter of this “Episode 5 – Stack Builder - €200,000 GTD” promotion (the “Promotion”) is

3. Satellites & Flighted Events: Friday 05/04/2024 to Monday 29/04/2024 (the “Promotion Period”)
4. To participate in the missions, players must opt in once for the duration of the weekly Mission
5. Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.

7. Week 1: 05/04/2024 00:00 GMT – 11/04/2024 23:59 GMT
8. Week 2: 12/04/2024 00:00 GMT – 18/04/2024 23:59 GMT
9. Week 3: 19/04/2024 00:00 GMT – 25/04/2024 23:59 GMT
10. Week 4: 26/04/2024 00:00 GMT – 29/04/2024 19:45 GMT
11. Maximum amount of “E5: Stack Builder €25 Ticket“ entry tickets issued for completing the  revenue mission: 1 per player per week during the Mission Qualification Period.
12. Some “E5” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
13. Satellites will award “E5: Stack Builder €25 Ticket“ entry tickets which can only be used in Episode 5 – Stack Builder related tournaments (“E5” Flighted KO Events) whilst the Promotion is in progress.
14. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.
15.  “E5: Stack Builder €25 Ticket” and “E5: Stack Builder €25 autoreg” entry tickets are non-refundable, nontransferable and cannot be converted to cash. “E5: Stack Builder €25 Ticket” entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments. “E5: Stack Builder €25 autoreg” entry tickets expire on 30/04/2024.
16. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
17. To be able to play at grosvenorpoker.com it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from
18. participating in gaming activities for any reason.
19. Operator and/or any third party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the“Third Party ”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
20. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
21. Employees, any family members of employees, of Operator and/or Operator’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
22. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
23. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
24. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

“Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.
