1. The promoter of this €7,000,000 GTD Elite Series Spring Edition promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the “Operator”).
2. Some “ES” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
3. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Elite Series Spring Edition related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.
4. To participate in the missions, players must opt in once per mission for the duration of the mission Qualification Periods, as defined below via the poker software.

6. Maximum amount of “€5,000 Elite Mega Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the Satellite, Tiered Events, Knock out and Mystery Bounty mission: 1 per mission per player during the mission Qualification Period.
7. Maximum amount of “€2,000 KO Master Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the “KO Master” mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.

8. Maximum amount of “€250 Championship Ticket” entry tickets issued for completing the High revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.
9. Maximum amount of “€50 Mystery Main” entry tickets issued for completing the Medium revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.
10. Maximum amount of “€10 Spring Slam Ticket” entry tickets issued for completing the Low revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.
11. “€X Elite Series Ticket”, “€250 Championship Ticket”, “€250 Championship Seat”, “€50 Mystery Main”, “€50 Mystery Main Seat”, “€10 Spring Slam Ticket”, “€10 Spring Slam Seat”, “€5,000 Elite Mega Freeroll“
and “€2,000 KO Master Freeroll” Entry Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
12. Minimum required players for the “€5,000 Elite Mega Freeroll” to start: 25. Minimum required players for the “€2,000 KO Master Freeroll” to start: 2. If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled and the entry ticket can be
used in the next freeroll.
13. All “€5,000 Elite Mega Freeroll“ / “€2,000 KO Master Freeroll” tournaments will be capped at 5,000 maximum entrants.
14. All “€X Elite Series Ticket”, “€250 Championship Ticket”, “€50 Mystery Main” and “€10 Spring Slam Ticket” can only be used to enter “ES” tournaments during the promotion duration and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Elite Series Spring Edition they will be linked to all tournaments until expired as stated above. “€250 Championship Seat” (expires on 27/05/2024), “€50 Mystery Main Seat” (expires on 28/05/2024) and “€10 Spring Slam Seat” (expires on 04/06/2024) entry tickets are valid only in “ES” target tournaments and directly register players to the target event. These auto-registration tickets will expire after the target event played.
15. “€5,000 Elite Mega Freeroll“ / “€2,000 KO Master Freeroll” Entry Tickets expire on 06/06/2024.
16. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
17. To be able to play at grosvenorpoker.com it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
18. Operator and/or any third party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
19. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
22. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.

These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. “Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.
