1. The promoter of this Episode 11 - Elite Series Bootcamp - €500,000 GTD promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the “Operator”).

2. Satellites & Main Events: 25/08/2024 to 31/08/2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the Revenue Mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.

7. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in promotion related tournaments (“E11” Main Events) whilst the Promotion is in progress.

8. “E11: €55 BOOTCAMP MAIN”, “E11: €100 BOOTCAMP BONKERS” and “E11: €15 BOOTCAMP BONKERS SAT” entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. “E11: €55 BOOTCAMP MAIN” auto registration entry tickets expire on 26/08/2024. Players will be automatically registered to the target event “E11|BOOTCAMP MAIN [PKO]” once they qualify from a satellite.

“E11: €100 BOOTCAMP BONKERS” auto registration entry tickets expire on 01/09/2024. Players will be automatically registered to the target event “E11|BOOTCAMP BONKERS [Mystery]” once they qualify from a satellite.

“E11: €15 BOOTCAMP BONKERS SAT” auto registration entry tickets expire on 01/09/2024. Players will be automatically registered to the target event “E11: 20x€100 BONKERS MEGA SAT” once they qualify from a satellite.

9. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

10. To be able to play at grosvenorpoker.com it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.

11. Operator and/or any third party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.

12. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in this Promotion.

15. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
