The promoter of this €8,000,000 GTD Elite Series XL: Spring Showdown promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the “Operator”).

Some “EXL” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.

Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Elite Series XL: Spring Showdown related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.

To participate in the missions, players must opt in once per-mission for the duration of the mission Qualification Periods, as defined below via the poker software.

Maximum amount of “€10,000 Elite Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the Satellite, SERIES GRINDER, MYSTERY BOUNTY ENJOYER, BOUNTY HUNTER and CHALLENGER mission: 1 per mission per player during the Mission Qualification Period.

Maximum amount of “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the “BOUNTY LEGEND” mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.

Maximum amount of “€15 CHALLENGER STEP” entry tickets issued for completing the Low revenue mission: 1 per player during each weekly Revenue Mission Qualification Period.

Maximum amount of “€25 SUPERSTACK” entry tickets issued for completing the Medium revenue mission: 1 per player during each weekly Revenue Mission Qualification Period.

Maximum amount of “€50 CHALLENGER SAT” entry tickets issued for completing the High revenue mission: 1 per player during each weekly Revenue Mission Qualification Period.

“EXL €X Ticket May25”, “€15 CHALLENGER STEP”, €50 CHALLENGER SAT”, “€25 SUPERSTACK”, “€10,000 EXL Freeroll“ and “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” Entry Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

Minimum required players for the “€10,000 EXL Freeroll” to start: 33.

Minimum required players for the “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” to start: 2.

If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled and the entry ticket can be used in the next freeroll.

All “€10,000 EXL Freeroll“ / “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” tournaments will be capped at 5,000 maximum entrants.

“€15 CHALLENGER STEP”, €50 CHALLENGER SAT” and “€25 SUPERSTACK” entry tickets are valid only in their respective “EXL” target tournaments during the Promotion. “EXL €X Ticket May25” entry tickets are valid only in “EXL” tournaments during the Promotion.

“€15 CHALLENGER STEP”, €50 CHALLENGER SAT”, “€25 SUPERSTACK” and “EXL €X Ticket May25” entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued.

After the Elite Series they will be linked to all tournaments.

“€10,000 EXL Freeroll“ / “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” Entry Tickets expire on 12/06/2025.

Tournament money can only be used for tournament buy-ins in network currency € and does not expire.

Players can use tournament money to register for any tournament that accepts cash registration. When registering for a tournament, if a player has tournament money, it will be used instead of their real cash balance, provided there is no higher-priority acceptable buy-in method available, such as iPoints or tournament tickets.

Tournament money can be combined with the player’s real money.

If a player does not have enough tournament money to cover the full registration fee, the system will use the available tournament money and cover the remainder with the player’s real cash.

Tournament money can only be combined with real cash and cannot be used in combination with tournament tickets or iPoints.

Tournament money cannot be withdrawn. It can only be used within the poker applications.

If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Operator and/or any third-party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.

Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. SPRING SHOWDOWN DAILY LEADERBOARDS TERMS

The promoter of this Elite Series Spring Showdown Leaderboards (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the “Operator”).

To participate in this Promotion, players must opt in via the poker software once for each Daily Qualification Period during the Promotion Duration, as defined below.

Daily Qualification Periods: 04/05/2025 – 09/06/2025: Daily 00:00 GMT - 23:59 GMT, and the final day: 10/06/2025 00:00 GMT to 11/06/2025 06:00 GMT

Registration & Publication Start Date: 02/05/2025 00:00 GMT

The Promotion consists of 3 daily leaderboards:

Points formulas during the Daily Qualification Period:

·         Play in an “EXL” PKO tournament to earn 1 leaderboard point.

·         Play in an “EXL” non-PKO tournament to earn 2 leaderboard points.

·         Knock out a player in an “EXL” PKO tournament to earn 1 leaderboard point.

·         Make it ITM in an “EXL” tournament to earn 5 leaderboard points.

·         Reach the Final Table in an “EXL” tournament to earn 15 leaderboard points.

·         Win an “EXL” tournament to earn 25 leaderboard points.

The player who reached the points first during the Daily Qualification Period will be ranked at the higher position.

SPRING SHOWDOWN DAILY TWISTER LEADERBOARD TERMS

The promoter of this Spring Showdown Twister Leaderboard (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the “Operator”).

To participate in the Spring Showdown Twister Leaderboard Promotion, players must opt in via the poker software once for the entire qualification period, as defined below.

Qualification Period: 04/05/2025 00:00 GMT to 10/06/2025 23:59 GMT, daily: 00:00 GMT - 23:59 GMT

Points formula during the Qualification Period:

Earn points based on your multiplier on €0.25 to €200 Twister tables.

Points from the above table are then multiplied by the buy-in:

Example: A player places 1st in a €2 Twister with a 3x Jackpot multiplier. He receives 20 Points total (10 points x 2 Multiplier).

Players can play 20 Twisters to attempt to achieve their best score.

Players have unlimited resets. Reset is available after 4 Twisters. The player who reached the leaderboard points first during the relevant Qualification Period will be ranked at the higher position.

Players can achieve only 1 prize per leaderboard per each Qualification Period.

In the event that 2 or more players end the relevant Qualification Period with the same number of points, the player that reached their final number of points first will be ranked higher in the leaderboard.

Twister tickets expire 7 days after having been issued.
