1. The Operator running this Promotion is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd, (the “Operator”).

3. Grand Final  2024 Live Event Details:

 Event Dates: 21 November – 1 December 2024

 Venue: Grosvenor Casino, Luton

Tournament: “Grand Final Main Event ” from 27th November - 1st December 2024, buy-in of £2,000

Players can choose any Day 1 Flight.

The Grand Final tournament schedule is subject to change as per Tournament Directors discretion.

4. Package Info

• Total Value of the package: £2,500

• Main Event Buy-In: £1,250

• Live Event Credit:£750

• Spending money including travel expenses: £500

• It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements.

*£2,500 prize tickets will be converted into the component parts of the package within 72hrs of the tournament ending. 

5. Packages are non-refundable. non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

6. By playing the Grand Final Package 2024 online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Luton, in order to participate at the Grand Final 2024 Live event.. The minimum age to enter the casino is 18.

7. Multiple packages can be won, the additional £2,000 online live event credit ticket can be used at any GUKPT Grand final event. The first £2,000 ticket won must be used in the Grand Final Main Event 2024.

9. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

10. To be able to play at grosvenorpoker.com it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason. 

15. Operator, Promoter and/or any third party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.

16. Operator, Promoter and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator, Promoter and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.

17. Employees, any family members of employees, of Operator, Promoter and/or Operator’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.

18. Operator, Promoter and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.

19. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.

20. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

“Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.
