The promoter of this Episode 12 - €1,000,000 GTD High Roller Classic promotion (the “Promotion”) is GROSVENOR CASINOS LTD (the “Operator”).

2. Some “E12” Main Events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.

3. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Promotion related tournaments (“E12” Main Events) whilst the Promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.

4. To participate in the missions, players must opt in once for every mission for the duration of the mission Qualification Periods, as defined below via the poker software.

5. Mission Qualification Periods:

a. One Time Mission: 13/10/2024 00:00 GMT - 21/10/2024 19:30 GMT

b. Revenue Mission: 13/10/2024 00:00 GMT - 21/10/2024 19:30 GMT

c. Satellite Mission: 13/10/2024 00:00 GMT - 21/10/2024 19:30 GMT

d. Mystery Bounty Enjoyer Mission: 13/10/2024 00:00 GMT – 21/10/2024 23:59 GMT

e. KO Mission: 13/10/2024 00:00 GMT – 22/10/2024 05:00 GMT

6. Maximum amount of “E12: €3,000 Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the Satellite, KO, One Time, and Double Barrel Mission: 1 per mission per player during the mission Qualification Period.

7. Maximum amount of “E12|HIGHROLLER CLASSIC 37 Seat” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.

8. “E12|HIGHROLLER CLASSIC 37 Seat” entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

9. Minimum required players for the “E12: €3,000 Freeroll” start: 25. If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled.

10. “E12: €3,000 Freeroll” tournaments will be capped at 3,000 maximum entrants.

11. “E12|HIGHROLLER CLASSIC 37 Seat” tickets can only be used to enter “E12|HIGHROLLER CLASSIC 37” tournament during the promotion duration and expire after the promotion on 22/10/2024.

12. “E12: €3,000 Freeroll” Entry Tickets expire on 23/10/2024.

13. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

14. To be able to play at Operator / <<Site name>> it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.

15. Operator and/or any third-party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.

16. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.

17. Employees, any family members of employees, of Operator and/or Operator’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.

18. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.

19. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.

20. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

“Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.
