Terms & conditions

1. The promoter of this Episode 4 - Micro Madness: Bounty Edition - €1,000,000 GTD promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor casinos Ltd (the “Operator”).
2. Satellites, Flighted & Main Events: 03/04/2024 to 15/04/2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Some “E4” Main Events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
4. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in promotion related tournaments (“E4” Main
5. Events) whilst the promotion is in progress.
6. “E4: €55 Mini Highroller”, “E4: €55 Mini HR Seat”, “E4: €30 Mystery Main” and “E4: €12.5 Mystery Mini” entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
7. “E4: €55 Mini Highroller”, “E4: €30 Mystery Main” and “E4: €12.5 Mystery Mini” entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Episode 4 Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments until expired as stated above. “E4: €55 Mini HR Seat” auto registration entry tickets expire on 16/04/2024. Players will be automatically registered to the target event €E4|€100,000|Mini Highroller” once they qualify from a satellite.
8. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
9. To be able to play at Grosvenor Poker it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from
10. participating in gaming activities for any reason.
11. Operator and/or any third party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the“Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
12. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
13. Employees, any family members of employees, of Operator and/or Operator’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
14. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in this Promotion.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
