Summer Festival - €2,500,000 GTD TERMS

1. The promoter of this Episode 10 - €2,500,000 GTD Summer Festival promotion (the “Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the “Operator”).
2. Satellites, Flighted & Main Events: 19th July 2024 to 6th August 2024 (the Promotion Duration”).
3. Some “E10” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
4. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Episode 10 Summer Festival related tournaments. (“E10” main events) whilst the Promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.
5. To participate in the missions, players must opt in once for the duration of the Mission Qualification Periods, as define below via the poker software.

7. One Time Mission: 19/07/2024 00:00 GMT - 29/07/2024 23:59 GMT
8. All other missions: 19/07/2024 00:00 GMT – 07/08/2024 05:00 GMT.
9. Maximum amount of “€5,000 Summer Fest Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the Satellite, KO, Triple Take, One Time and Summer Session Mission: 1 per mission per player during the Mission Qualification Period.
10. Maximum amount of “E10 €50 BIG STAGE Ticket” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the Mission Qualification Period.
11. “Episode 10 €X”, “E10 Satellite €X Ticket” and “E10 €50 BIG STAGE Ticket” entry tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
12. Minimum required players for the “€5,000 Summer Fest Freeroll” start: 33. If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled.
13. The “€5,000 Summer Fest Freeroll” tournament will be capped at 3,000 maximum entrants.
14. “Episode 10 €X”, “E10 Satellite €X Ticket” and “E10 €50 BIG STAGE Ticket” entry tickets can only be used to enter “E10” tournaments during the Promotion Duration and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Episode 10 Summer Festival they will be linked to all tournaments until expired as stated above. “€5,000 Summer Fest Freeroll” Entry Tickets expire on 08/08/2024.
15. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
16. To be able to play at grosvenorpoker.com it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
17. Operator and/or any third-party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
18. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
19. Employees, any family members of employees, of Operator and/or Operator’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
20. Operator and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
21. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
22. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

“Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.

LEADERBOARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promoter of this Episode 10 Summer Festival Leaderboards (the Promotion”) is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the “Operator”).
2. To participate in this Promotion, players must opt in via the poker software once during the Promotion.
3. Duration, as defined below.
4. Promotion Duration: 19/07/2024 00:00 GMT to 07/08/2024 08:00 GMT
5. Registration & Publication Start Date: 17/07/2024 00:00 GMT
6. The Promotion consists of 3 leaderboards:

• E10 Summer Festival - Low €1 - €15
• E10 Summer Festival - Medium €20 - €88
• E10 Summer Festival - High €100 - €500

7. Points formulas during the Promotion Duration:

• Play an “E10” PKO tournament to earn 1 leaderboard point.
• Play an “E10” Rebuy tournament to earn 2 leaderboard points.
• Play an “E10” Classic tournament to earn 3 leaderboard points.
• Knock out a player in an “E10” PKO tournament to earn 2 leaderboard points.
• Make it ITM in a “E10” tournament to earn 7 leaderboard points.
• Reach the Final Table in an “E10” tournament to earn 25 leaderboard points.
• Win an “E10” tournament to earn 50 leaderboard points.

8. The player who reached the points first during the daily Promotion Duration will be ranked at the higher position.
9. “General €500 Ticket”, “General €400 Ticket”, “General €300 Ticket”, “General €250 Ticket”, “General €200 Ticket”, “General €150 Ticket”, “General €100 Ticket”, “General €50 Ticket”, “General €30 Ticket”, “General €25 Ticket”, “General €20 Ticket”, “General €15 Ticket”, “General €10 Ticket”, “General €5 Ticket” and “General €3 Ticket” entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. “General €500 Ticket”, “General €400 Ticket”, “General €300 Ticket”, “General €250 Ticket”, General €200 Ticket”, “General €150 Ticket”, “General €100 Ticket”, “General €50 Ticket”, “General €30 Ticket”, “General €25 Ticket”, “General €20 Ticket”, “General €15 Ticket”, “General €10 Ticket”, “General €5 Ticket” and “General €3 Ticket” entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued.
