1. The Operator running this Promotion is Grosvenor Casinos Ltd (the“Operator”).

• Event Dates: 9th September 2024 - 15th September 2024
• Venue: Portomaso Casino, Malta
• Tournament: “The Festival Main Event - Day 1” from 10th September 2024, buy-in of €550

Players can choose any Day 1 Flight.

The tournament is played in “surrender mode” (players can choose to forfeit a stack that has qualified to Day 2 and re-enter in another Day 1).

• Hospitality Package €200 (daily group activities for 1 person)
• €250 spending money included.
• It is hereby clarified that the players shall be solely responsible for booking their own travel arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.

5. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
6. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
7. By playing The Festival in Malta online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Malta, in order to participate at The Festival in Malta Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
8. All seats for “The Festival in Malta” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X” from 10th September 2024 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Festival tournament from 9th September 2024 to 15th September 2024 in Malta.
9. Maximum amount of “The Festival in Malta” packages that a player can win by qualifying via Online platform satellites: 1 per player during the Promotion Duration. Once the player wins a package, he will be excluded from all the future package satellites during the Promotion Duration. The player may still participate in Seat only satellites after winning a package.
10. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X”). The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.
11. Players will only be able to carry over one stack into “The Festival Main Event - Day 2” on 14^th September 2024, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Malta. The tournament “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X”is played in “surrender mode” (players can choose to forfeit a stack that has qualified to day 2 and re-enter in another Day 1).

If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, they have an option to:

1. a) Transfer the ticket to another player at the location.
2. b) Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
3. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.
4. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have been pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller. For any privacy related questions, please go to https://www.thefestival.com/privacy-policy.
5. Satellites will award “€3 The Festival PACKAGE Auto”, “€3 The Festival PACKAGE Entry”, “€15 The Festival PACKAGE Auto”, “€15 The Festival PACKAGE Entry”, “€100 The Festival [PACKAGE]”, “€5 The Festival SEATS Auto”, “€5 The Festival SEATS Entry”, “€50 The Festival SEATS Auto” and “€50 The Festival SEATS Entry” entry tickets which can only be used in “The Festival in Malta” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress. Auto- Registration tickets automatically add the player to the target event.
6. All “€XX The Festival PACKAGE Entry“ and “€XX The Festival SEATS Entry” tickets are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Duration and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Promotion Duration they will be linked to all tournaments.
7. All “€XX The Festival PACKAGE Auto” and “€XX The Festival SEATS Auto” entry tickets are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Duration. “€XX The Festival PACKAGE Auto” entry tickets expire on the 19/08/2024. “€XX The Festival SEATS Auto” entry tickets expire on the 20/08/2024.
8. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
9. To be able to play at grosvenorpoker.com it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
10. Operator, Promoter and/or any third party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
11. Operator, Promoter and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions. Operator, Promoter and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to withhold any prize won by anyone whom Operator is aware or have reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible.
12. Employees, any family members of employees, of Operator, Promoter and/or Operator’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
13. Operator, Promoter and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
15. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

“Operator’s Group” means, in respect of the Operator, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.
