All seats for “The Festival in Malta” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X” from 10th September 2024 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Festival tournament from 9th September 2024 to 15th September 2024 in Malta.
22. Maximum amount of “The Festival in Malta” packages that a player can win by qualifying via Online platform satellites: 1 per player during the Promotion Duration. Once the player wins a package, he will be excluded from all the future package satellites during the Promotion Duration. The player may still participate in Seat only satellites after winning a package.
23. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X”). The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.
24. Players will only be able to carry over one stack into “The Festival Main Event - Day 2” on 14^th September 2024, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Malta.

The tournament “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X”is played in “surrender mode” (players can choose to forfeit a stack that has qualified to day 2 and re-enter in another Day 1). If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to:

1. a) Transfer the ticket to another player at the location.
2. b) Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
3. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.
4. By participating in the tournaments awarding The Festival in Malta live event packages, you acknowledge that you will be pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller. 5. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event.
