9. To take part in this promotion players must opt-in, on any of the participating games.

11. Players need to spin at least 1 real money spin on any participating games to qualify.
12. Players will be manually credited each Thursdays following the end of the Promotional Period if ever the prize is not instantly credited to their account. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the crediting.

Promotion Mechanics - Daily Prize Drops:

13. The Daily Prize Drop may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, multiplier amount, Instant Bonus and/or Free Spins Bonus
14. Players participating in a Daily Prize Drop may win prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount, Instant Bonus and/or Free Spins Bonus as set out in the Daily Prize Drop Prize Table provided further below in these terms.
15. If the winning spin exceeds one British Pound Sterling (£ 1), the prize will be paid out based on a bet of one British Pound Sterling (£ 1) X multiplier received.
16. Instant Bonus prizes will be awarded to the player in Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe and for the same bet as the winning bet..
17. Free spins bonuses may be awarded to a player in the form of 10 and/or 5 Free Spins Bonuses for the same participating game in which the player won the prize.

29. Players will be placed on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on any participating game as the total sum of all wins multiplier in relation to their bet amount during a Daily Tournament period.
30. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Daily Tournament.
31. The leaderboard is built in the participating game/s and updates in real-time. Each player will see his/her progress listed as “You” among the other players’ Tournament IDs.
32. In the event where 2 or more players finish a Daily Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.

General Terms and Conditions

34. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
35. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

37. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
40. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
41. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
42. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
43. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
44. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
45. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in
46. conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
47. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
