2. The Promotion is available from receipt of this offer until 23:59 on Sunday 20^th December 2020 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page and complete weekly Weekend Challenges during the Promotional Period to receive 50 Free Spins on Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe and to be entered into a draw to win a bonus up to £2500​.

16. The prize draw will take place within one week following the end of the Promotional Period. 17. Bonus will be credited with twenty times (20x) wager requirements.
18. Customers have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
19. Cash stakes on eligible games* will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.

25. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
26. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
27. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
28. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

37. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
38. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
39. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
40. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
41. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

43. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
