Terms & conditions

1. The Christmas Cracker Seat Giveaway runs in November 2019 and includes a Christmas Cracker seat + £30 F&B voucher.
2. This prize draw is open to customers who are registered with G1 and participate in any cash game in November.
3. There are 32 Christmas Cracker packages (buy-in, F&B voucher) in total, winners will be drawn on the 1^st December 2019.
4. To enter, players need to be a G1 member and play any cash game at any Grosvenor Casinos during the referenced time.
5. An automated random number generator will select 32 winners from the pool of cash game players that played in November.
6. Players will be contacted via email and/or phone call by the 4^th December 2019.
7. The prize for this competition is a seat at any Day 1 flight in December 2019, Christmas Cracker tournament.
8. For customers to be eligible for the Christmas Cracker seat, customers must be:

1. A member of Grosvenor Casinos
2. Adhere to the General Grosvenor One Terms and Conditions.
3. Registered and adhere to G1 terms and conditions
4. Register to play in any cash game from the 1^st – 30^th November 2019.
5. Must be contactable by email, SMS or telephone to allow Grosvenor Casinos to contact you to inform you that you have won.

9. If 2 tickets are randomly selected for the same player, they will only be able to redeem 1 and that ticket will be awarded to another customer.
10. Any registrations in a cash game within made after 30^th November the decided cut-off point will not be eligible.
11. Grosvenor Casinos will notify winners within four days of the competition closing date.
12. To redeem the seat a Christmas Cracker seat in December 2019, winners must respond to the direct messages from the Grosvenor Casinos head office team and confirm their seat at one of the three selected Day 1 flights available. The customer must bring their confirmation email and ID with them to collect their ticket on any eligible Christmas Cracker Day 1 flight.
13. The Christmas Cracker seat must be in December 2019.

Promotion specifics

1. Participating clubs: All Grosvenor Casinos Poker Card Rooms that offer cash games
2. Only Grosvenor One registered customers can participate in the offer. Customers need to adhere to the General Grosvenor One Terms and Conditions.
3. There is no cash or other alternative to the promotion in whole or in part.  The offers are non-transferable.
4. The Christmas Cracker seat is only redeemable in December 2019 and is non-transferable to any other poker tournament.
5. If a prize is unclaimed by the closing period, then another winner will be drawn.
6. The seat may only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
7. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time.
9. The terms highlighted are accompanied with all individual voucher terms and conditions.
10. Grosvenor Casinos employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
11. This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Grosvenor £30 Food & Beverage Voucher

1. Valid in December 2019.This voucher is part of the Christmas Cracker Giveaway promotion and entitles the holder to £30 to spend on food and beverage.
2. This voucher is valid at Grosvenor Casinos Coventry.
3. To claim, the voucher must be collected at Reception with the confirmation email and Customer Membership number.
4. To redeem this voucher, customers need to present the voucher to a restaurant team when placing the order.
5. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Vouchers must be redeemed on the valid date shown above and will be retained once used.
6. Single Use only.
7. Voucher excludes all packages and parties. General Terms and Conditions apply and are available from Reception.
