  6. The Grosvenor “Daily Deals – Reel Wheel” promotion (the “Promotion”) will run every Friday between 00:00 to 23:59 UK time from 17 October to 20 November 2022  (the "Promotional Period").


Eligible Player

  1. Eligible players must be:

Overall Mechanics

  1. Each Eligible Player  is entitled to spin the wheel every Friday,during the Promotional Period. Players will have to opt in via the promotion page and stake £50 on any eligible slot game to unlock the wheel.
  2. Cash stakes can be done on any Slots game, excluding the games in term 22.
  3. Each Eligible Player will have a chance to win one of the following prizes daily:
    1. Free Spins
    2. Super Spins;
    3. Mega Spins;
    4. Slots Bonus;
    5. No win
  4. The outcome of the selection is determined at random.
  5. There is no other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part.

Claiming a Prize

  1. Once won, prizes must be claimed in the Winning Message Pop Up by clicking “Accept Prize”, prizes are then allocated to your account accordingly.
  2. By clicking “Accept Prize” you acknowledge and agree that you are accepting the prize in accordance with the terms and conditions.
  3. All prize types must be claimed by 23:59 on the same day as spinning/winning.

Free Spins

  1. Free Spins are only valid on the games listed in the winning message/Active Bonus section in each Eligible Player’s account.
  2. The number of allocated Free Spins are listed in the winning message/Active Bonus section in each Eligible Player’s account.
  3. Any funds won using the Free Spins (the “Winnings”) will be credited as cash.
  4. To receive the Free Spins, customers must launch the game listed in the winning message.
  5. Customers have 24 hours to click “claim” after launching the game.
  6. After clicking "claim" customers will have 3 days to use their free spins before they expire.
  7. Free Spins value is 0.10p per spin.
  8. Super Spins value is 0.50p per spin.
  9. Mega Spins value is £1 per spin
  10. Free Spins do not guarantee winnings


Slots Bonus

  1. Prizes awarded as Slot Bonuses have wagering restrictions (“Requirements”) attached (as defined below).
  2. The bonus will be available to claim in the “Bonuses” section of the Eligible Player’s account for 24 hours. Failure to claim the Slots Bonus will result in the bonus expiring.
  3. You have 72 hours from the date the bonus is added to your account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
  4. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
  5. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

  7. The Requirements are as follows:
    1. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 30 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
    2. Stakes on eligible games only will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
    3. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
    4. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
  3. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
  6. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
  7. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  8. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
