1. This promotion is exclusively available to Black Card customers.
2. To qualify, customers must have qualifying sport bets from Monday at 00:00 GMT until Sunday at 23:59 GMT to receive a free bet as per the below payout table:

3. Qualifying bets must be real money Sport bets with cumulative odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater.
4. The sum of qualifying bets placed and settled between Monday and Sunday each week will determine the weekly Free Bet amount.
5. Void bets, ‘Cashed Out’ bets and bets using odds boost/free bet tokens do not count as qualifying bets.
6. The accreditation of the free bets tokens will take place before 23:59 on Tuesday each week of the promotion. Please allow 72 hours in case of extenuating circumstances.
7. Customer will see the free bet available to use on the sport bet slip, full details of it can be found under “My Sports Offers” in the sports tab.
8. Members who have their bet limits reduced will no longer be eligible for this promotion.  Free bets earned during last week of eligibility will be honoured.
9. Free bet tokens can only be redeemed on Sport bets.
10. Free bet token value is not included in any bet returns
11. Free bet tokens expire 7 days after credit.
12. Free bet token must be used in its entirety. It cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets.
13. Free bet token cannot be combined with ‘real money’ stakes.
14. The offer is only available to players that have registered from one of our permitted and licensed jurisdictions.
15. A maximum of 1 offer is available per person, household, IP, device, e-mail address or payment details.
16. Member betting limits may apply to Free Bet placement.
17. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
18. We may at any point before, during or after the promotion, ask for valid proofs of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the promotion and will forfeit any bonuses that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
19. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withhold or retract any free bets and winnings generated if free bet tokens are mistakenly credited or patterns of abuse are found.
20. Customers, whose accounts have been closed, suspended or are found to have multiple accounts will not be eligible.
21. In any dispute, the Grosvenor Casinos management decision will be final.
22. We do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted access to the website. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the Website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties, participation or claims that are corrupted or not delivered.
