  2. Customers must have at least £25 of qualifying sport bets placed and settled from Monday at 00:00 GMT until Sunday at 23:59 GMT in order to receive a £5 free bet.
  3. For Monday March 9th 00:00 GMT until Sunday 23:59 March 15th GMT only, customers who have at least £25 of qualifying sport bets placed and settled will receive a £25 Free Bet. This enhanced offer replaces the regular offer available to Grosvenor One customers for the duration of the promotional period only.
  4. Qualifying bets must be real money Sport bets with cumulative odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater.
  5. Void bets, ‘Cashed Out’ bets and bets using odds boost/free bet tokens do not count as qualifying bets.
  6. The accreditation of the free bets tokens will take place before 23:59 on the following Tuesday each week of the promotion. Please allow 72 hours in case of extenuating circumstances.
  7. Customer will see the free bet available to use on the sport bet slip. Full details of it can be found under “My Sports Offers” in the sport menu.
  8. Free bet tokens can only be redeemed on sport bets.
  9. Free bet token value is not included in any bet returns
  10. Free bet tokens expire 7 days after credit.
  11. Free bet token must be used in its entirety. It cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets.
  12. Free bet token cannot be combined with ‘real money’ stakes.
  13. A maximum of 1 offer is available per person, household, IP, device, e-mail address or payment details.
