1. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “Road To Rewards - Exclusive Deposit Bonus” promotion (“The Promotion”).
2. The promotion will be available to be claimed one time weekly, between Monday and Sunday until further notice.
3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. By taking part players hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to Grosvenor Casino’s standard terms and conditions.
5. Eligible player must be a Grosvenor Casino player who
   1. has been invited via email, SMS or onsite notification and be able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account
   2. must have visited one of Grosvenor Casino Venues within 30 days prior the promotion start date
   3. must have played online at GrosvenorCasinos.com within 30 days prior the promotion start date
   4. must have made at least one deposit online at GrosvenorCasino.com.
6. To qualify, eligible players will need to select the offer in the cashier and make a required deposit.
7. The promotion will be available to be claimed one time per player, between Monday and Sunday on selected dates:
   1. 30.10.23 - 05.11.23
   2. 27.11.23 - 03.12.23
   3. 01.01.24 - 07.01.24
   4. 29.02.24 - 04.03.24
   5. 26.03.24 - 03.04.24

Casino Bonus

7. The Casino Bonus will be available to the player instantly once the player will meet the minimum deposit requirement of £10.
8. The maximum bonus a player will be able to receive will be capped at £50:

Examples:

• if player will deposit £10, player will receive £5 casino bonus
• if player will deposit £50, player will receive £25 casino bonus
• if player will deposit £100, player will receive £50 casino bonus

9. Player will have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
10. Once the player has claimed this Bonus, they will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in his Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
11. Maximum amount of bonus conversion into cash will be automatically capped at £1,000.
12. Player can withdraw funds in their Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from their Cash Balance, they will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

14. Bonus amount will have to be wagered 30 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
15. If player will have a cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by player’s bonus balance.
16. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to player’s cash and Bonus balances.
17. Players can withdraw funds from their Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from their Cash Balance, they will forfeit any funds in their Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

19. Some games will contribute a lower wagering percentage than others, as illustrated in the following table:

**Low risk bets on Roulette games:

No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

General Terms & Conditions

20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any player who has already placed a qualifying bet.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
22. Grosvenor reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
23. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor players. Players who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
25. Players whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
26. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
27. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the player.
