1. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “Slots You Love” promotion (“the Promotion”).
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard terms and conditions.
5. The promotion will run from Tuesday 19 September 2023 until 23:59 UK Time on 22 October 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligible players

6. Eligible players must be:
   1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
   2. A new or existing player with GrosvenorCasino.com
   3. Able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account

Overall Mechanics

7. To take part in this promotion eligible players must opt-in on the promotional page every day.
8. Eligible players must stake a minimum of £100, on any slot game, to be eligible a slot bonus.
9. The player will be able stake and get slots bonuses as follows:
   1. Stake £100, get £2 slot bonus 
   2. Stake £200, get £4 slot bonus 
   3. Stake £300, get £6 slot bonus  

E.g. Stake £100 and receive £2 slot bonus, stake an additional £100 and receive an additional £2 slot bonus (total stake £200, total slot bonus earned £4) 

10. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
11. The bonuses will be credited instantly upon completion of each tier.

Slot Bonus

12. Prizes awarded as Slot Bonuses have wagering restrictions attached (as defined below).
13. The bonuses will be credited instantly upon completion of each tier in the “Bonuses” section of the Eligible Player’s account.
14. You have 4 days from the date the bonus is added to your account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
15. You will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
16. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
17. The Requirements are as follows:
    1. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 25 time before any winnings can be withdrawn.
    2. The maximum convertible amount players will receive once wagering is met will be £2,000.
    3. Stakes on slot games only will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
    4. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
    5. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.

18. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
19. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
20. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
21. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
22. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. 
23. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
24. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions
25. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
