Qualifying Bet

• To qualify, customers must Opt In.
• Customers must have qualifying US Open In-Play bets from Monday at 00:00 GMT until Sunday 23:59 GMT each week of the tournament to receive a 10% cash refund on their losses
• Qualifying bets must be real money US Open In-Play bets with cumulative odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater
• Void bets, ‘Cashed Out’ bets and bets using odds boost/free bet tokens do not count as qualifying bets
• This promotion does not apply to Qualifying matches.

Cash Back

• The cash refund will take place before 23:59 on:
• Tuesday 3rd September 2024 for bets placed between 00:00 Monday 26th August and 23:59 Sunday 1st September
• Tuesday 10th September 2024 for bets placed between 00:00 Monday 2nd September and the end of the tournament
• Please allow 72 hours in case of extenuating circumstances.
• Customer will see the cash refund reflected in their cash balance.
• In order to qualify for a cash refund, 10% of each customers In-Play losses must equal £1 or more.
• Customer bet limits also apply to qualifying bet placement.
• A maximum of 1 offer is available per person, household, IP, device, e-mail address or payment details per race.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; "Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
7. Customers, whose accounts have been closed, suspended, or are found to have multiple accounts will not be eligible.
8. In any dispute, the Grosvenor Casinos management decision will be final.
9. Grosvenor reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
10. We may at any point before, during or after the promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence to verify your identity, age and residency as part of our normal regulatory obligations. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
