Basic rules

1. This offer is valid only to customers of grosvenorcasinos.com.
2. A valid game round will be created every day from Monday 14^th November 2022 until  Sunday 12^th April 2024.
   1. Grosvenor Scratch & Win will not be available on Saturday 13th April (Grand National Day)
3. One scratch card per day per customer.
4. Your daily Scratch card will be available from 8amUK each day.

How it works

1. Play your daily scratch card & try to match 3 icons.
2. If you win, you will be directed to a promotional page outlining the individual terms of your prize.
3. You may need to claim your prize.
4. Prizes may only be used in the manner specified on the promotional page.
5. 1 prize per customer, per day.

General Terms

1. A maximum of 1 Scratch card is available per person, household, IP, device, e-mail address or payment details. In the event more than 1 scratch card is claimed as per the above, the first registered account only will qualify.
2. Member bet limits also apply to prizes won through Grosvenor Scratch & Win.
3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Grosvenor Sport reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
5. Customers, whose accounts have been closed, suspended or are found to have multiple accounts will not be eligible.
6. In any dispute, the Grosvenor Casinos management decision will be final.
7. Grosvenor reserves the right to withdraw or amend Grosvenor Scratch Card at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already played a scratch card on that day.
8. We may at any point before, during or after the promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence to verify your identity, age and residency as part of our normal regulatory obligations. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
