Terms & Conditions

Qualifying Bet

  • Offer is only available on Tournament match bet market “Match Odds”.
  • To qualify, customers must place a bet of £5 or more on a player to win their respective match.
  • Single bets only.
  • First real money bet on each match qualifies.
  • Void bets, duplicate bets, ‘Cashed In’ bets & bets using Odds Boost / Free Bet tokens do not qualify as qualifying bets.
  • This offer will not apply in conjunction with any other Cash Back promotion (max refund per match will be £20).

Cash Refund

  • Cash Refund applies to any bets on a player who is beaten in a deciding frame during the The Masters tournament.
  • Max cash refund is £20 per customer.
  • Refund will be paid out on official result only.
  • Refund will be applied within 24hrs.

  • Customers, whose accounts have been closed, suspended, or are found to have multiple accounts will not be eligible.
  • In any dispute, the Grosvenor Casinos management decision will be final.
