Watch & Bet terms & Conditions

1. You must be a customer of Grosvenor Sport to take advantage of the Watch & Bet feature.
2. Watch & Bet is available on all UK and Irish horse racing.
3. Customers must have a positive account balance or have placed a bet in the last 24 hours to be able to watch a race live.
4. Grosvenor Sport may deny access of the Watch & Bet feature to any customer at its discretion.
5. Although content on the Watch & Bet feature is advertised as "live", you should be made aware that pictures are subject to a time delay. The delay will vary but is usually between 10 and 20 seconds behind the actual event. On occasions the time delay may sometimes be significantly longer than this.
6. Grosvenor Sport accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by you as a result of your reliance on the Watch & Bet feature.
7. Watch & Bet content is for personal non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, saving, modifying or distributing the Watch & Bet feature content or allowing any third party to access the content.
8. You must not sell or make any charge for watching or using the Watch & Bet feature, nor show any part of the Watch & Bet feature in public to an audience.

1. Grosvenor reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.

We may at any point before, during or after the promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence to verify your identity, age and residency as part of our normal regulatory obligations. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
