Terms & conditions

1. The ‘Super Spring Giveaway’ promotion will run from 6am on 7/3/22 to 10pm on 3/04/22 (“Promotional Period”). 
2. Customers who visit a participating Grosvenor Casino during the Promotional Period will earn one prize draw entry, per day 
3. It is the customers responsibility that, on the day of issue, the prize draw ticket must be fully completed with the casino name, customer’s name, customer number, and submitted in the prize draw entry box. 
4. The ‘March Prize Draw’ promotion will close at 22:00 on 3/4/22 with the Grand Prize Draw.  
5. Any entries after this date and time will not be accepted. 
6. There will be three weekly prize draws at 10pm on each Saturday, 12^th, 19^th, 26^th March. 
7. Tickets earned in the 7 days after the previous draw, Saturday 22:01 to Saturday 22:00, will be valid for the draw on that Saturday. 
8. All tickets from weeks 1-3, and any tickets earned in week 4, 27^th March – 3^rd April, will be included in the final Grand Prize Draw on Sunday 3rd April. 
9. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on 03/04/22 at 10pm  
10. All tickets from the campaign period will be included in a National Prize Draw for five  £10,000 prizes on 03/04/22 at 23:00. 
11. An hour prior to the National Prize Draw five final winning casinos will be randomly selected from a list of the participating casinos. Casinos will be notified 15 minutes prior to the main draw which casinos are drawing for a £10,000 cash prize. 
12. Incomplete prize draw tickets will not be accepted.  
13. Prize draw entries are only valid at the casino of issue 
14. The winner must be present at the time of each individual draw to be eligible for each individual prize and make themselves known to management.  If the customer is not present, the prize draw entry will be invalid and another ticket draw to determine the winner. 
15. There will be three weekly cash prize winners, and these will be drawn in reverse order, 3^rd prize, 2^nd prize and lastly 1^st prize. 
16. Weekly Prizes are in cash and the values are as below:

17. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers. 
18. The promotion is offered subject to availability, legal restrictions and at the discretion of management and is available to over 18s only. 
19. Photocopied, altered or defaced tickets will not be accepted. We may treat as void any ticket you present if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unlawful or you have otherwise engaged in behaviour which is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of this promotion. 
20. Use of the prize draw entry ticket implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
21. Customers who are Self-Excluded or Barred from the club are not eligible to enter the competition. 
22. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time and without notice. 
23. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Prize Draw and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
