Promotion Mechanics

8. To take part in this promotion players must opt in (in-game) on any of the participating games and must place real money bet with a minimum stake of 20p on any participating game.
9. To be eligible for both Multiplier Tournament and for the Super Drops, players will need to opt in both for tournaments.
10. A player will receive points based on the in-game wins multiplier.

18. The accreditation of the prizes will take place within 72 hours following the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
19. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.

General Terms and Conditions

24. Grosvenor reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet. 
25. Grosvenor reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim. 
26. Grosvenor reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.

28. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer. 
29. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited. 
30. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
