  1. The ‘Third Deposit Bonus’ offer is open to all new Grosvenor Casinos customers that make an eligible third deposit online.
  2. By claiming this offer, you will no longer be eligible for any other third deposit welcome offer.
  3. In order to qualify, customers need to make their third deposit of minimum £20 to receive a £10 all games bonus.
  4. The £10 bonus can be spent on any game except progressive games.
  5. The £10 deposit bonus will be credited as a non-withdrawable bonus with thirty times (30x) wager requirements.

**Low risk bets on Roulette games: 
No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings. 

  1. Only one offer per player, household and IP address is permitted.
  2. Games on Poker Games, side games on the Grosvenor Poker client or Sportsbook bets do not count towards this promotion.
  3. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
  4. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
  5. Customers have 7 days from the moment the £10 deposit bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
  6. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
  7. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

  13. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
  14. Play on 'free to play' games does not count towards this Promotion.
  15. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
  16. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. This will not be to the detriment of the customer.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
  19. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
  21. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
  22. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  23. This promotion is subject to the standard terms and conditions.
  24. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, as part of our normal regulatory requirements, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
