  1. This Promotion is managed by Grosvenor Casino (“The Promoter”).
  2. These terms relate to the Grosvenor “Win Tickets to The Grand National” promotion (“the Promotion”).
  3. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  4. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
  5. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard GrosvenorCasinos.com terms and conditions.
  6. The promotion will run from Monday 25th March 2024 and finishes on Sunday 31st March 2024 at 23:59 UK. (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligible Player

  1. Eligible players must be:
    1. Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
    2. Be an existing Signature player.
    3. Be able to view this promotion in the ‘Promos’ section of their Grosvenor Casino account during the Promotional Period.


Promotion Mechanics

  1. To take part in this promotion, players must opt in on the promotional page to register their interest.
  2. The random prize draw will take place on Monday, 1st April 2024, from which only one qualifier will be selected to receive the invitation.
  3. Winner package will include tickets for the winner and a guest, along with a 2-night hotel stay at the Pullman and meal at the Grosvenor Casino in Liverpool on Saturday 13th April 2024. The Tickets are Grand National General Admission. The hotel stay is on a bed and breakfast basis, and meals consist of three courses with drinks included.
  4. The draw will take place at the end of the promotional period. However, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay contacting the winner.
  5. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria. 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
  2. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
  3. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
  4. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
  5. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. 
  6. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
  7. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
  8. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
