1. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “G+ Weekly Live Casino Starter” promotion (“the Promotion”).
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
4. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard terms and conditions.
5. The promotion will run from Monday 20^th March 00:00 UK time each Monday to Wednesday until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligible Players

6. Eligible players must be:

1. Aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3. Able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
4. An existing G+ player

Promotion Mechanic

7. To take part in this promotion eligible players must opt in on the promotional page, deposit a minimum of £100 and stake a minimum of £200.
8. Only stakes on eligible Live Casino games* will qualify for the promotion.
9. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.

10. The bonus should be awarded instantly but no later than 72 hours.

Live Casino Bonus

12. The £50 Live Casino Bonus will be credited to players automatically once they have met the qualification requirements.
13. Live Casino bonus can be claimed once each week
14. You have 72 hours from the date the bonus is added to your account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
15. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
16. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

18. The Requirements are as follows:

1. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 2 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
2. Stakes on eligible games only will contribute to the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
3. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
4. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.

General terms and Conditions

18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
20. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
21. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
23. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
24. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
