2. The promotion will be available to claimed until 23:59 on Sunday following the invitation (the “Promotional Period”).
3. By taking part players hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to Grosvenor Casino’s standard terms and conditions.
4. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Eligible player must be a Grosvenor Casino player:
   1. has been invited via email, SMS, onsite notification or in one of our venues
   2. be able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account
6. In order to qualify, for Free Spins player will need to claim Free Spins through the promotional page.
7. In order to qualify, for Deposit Bonus will need to select the offer in the cashier and make deposit required for selected offer.

Free Spins

8. Eligible players will need to claim their 50 Free Spins through the promotional page
9. 50 Free Spins will be available to be claimed once per player.

12. Free Spins will have to be played within 72 hours before expiring.
13. Once the Free Spins are awarded, Free Spins will be used before any cash or bonus.

15. Players will have 72 hours from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before it expires, and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
16. Maximum allowed amount to be converted from Free Spins into cash will be automatically capped at £200.

18. Crediting of Free Spins will be instant, however in any case of unplanned circumstances such as technical issues, there may be a delay in crediting.
19. Players can withdraw funds from their Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from their Cash Balance, they will forfeit any funds in their Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
20. If player has an active cash balance, all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by bonus balance.

Casino Bonus

22. The Casino Bonus will be available to the player instantly once the minimum deposit requirement of £10 is met.
23. The maximum 100% deposit bonus a player will be able to receive will be capped at £50.
24. Player will have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
25. Once the player has claimed this Bonus, they will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in his Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
26. Maximum amount of bonus conversion into cash will be automatically capped at £1000.
27. Player can withdraw funds in their Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from their Cash Balance, they will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
28. Bonus amount will have to be wagered 30 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
29. If player will have a cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by player’s bonus balance.
30. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to player’s cash and Bonus balances.
31. Players can withdraw funds from their Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from their Cash Balance, they will forfeit any funds in their Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

**Low risk bets on Roulette games:

No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

General Terms & Conditions

34. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
35. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
36. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
37. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
38. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. 
39. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
40. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions
41. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
