In Venue Bonus Terms

  1. Maximum bonus available will be £50 as stated in the invitation player received.
  2. To claim the offer, customers with the valid communication should visit any Grosvenor Casino and present it at Cash Desk with their username and membership number and collect the ticket which will be printed for use on the game of the customer’s choice. Alternatively, customers can enter a membership card into a Slots or Electronic Roulette machine and download the offer value.
  3. The £50 Free Play offer can be used on any games and must be played through once before cashing out.
  4. The Promotion is subject to availability, legal restrictions and is at the discretion of management and available to over 18s only.
  5. There is no cash or other alternative to The Promotion in whole or in part.
  6. The offers are non-transferable.
  7. The retail promo voucher will be valid for the entire promo period.
  8. Grosvenor Casino employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  9. Customers who are Self-Excluded or Barred from the Casinos for any reason are not eligible to participate in this promotion

 

Free Drink Terms

  1. To claim Free Drink (one drink per invited player), customers with the valid communication should visit any Grosvenor Casino and present it at Cash Desk with their username and membership number and collect the voucher to use it at the bar to receive a drink of their choice.

 

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
  2. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
  3. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
  4. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
  5. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. 
  6. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
  7. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions
  8. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
