In Venue Bonus Terms

6. Maximum bonus available will be £100 as stated in the invitation player received.
7. To claim the offer, customers with the valid communication should visit any Grosvenor Casino and present it at Cash Desk with their username and membership number and collect the ticket which will be printed for use on the game of the customer’s choice. Alternatively, customers can enter a membership card into a Slots or Electronic Roulette machine and download the offer value.
8. The £100 Free Play offer can be used on any games and must be played through once before cashing out.
9. The Promotion is subject to availability, legal restrictions and is at the discretion of management and available to over 18s only.
10. There is no cash or other alternative to The Promotion in whole or in part.
11. The offers are non-transferable.
12. The retail promo voucher will be valid for the entire promo period.

Free Drink Terms

15. To claim Free Drink (one drink per invited player), customers with the valid communication should visit any Grosvenor Casino and present it at Cash Desk with their username and membership number and collect the voucher to use it at the bar to receive a drink of their choice.

General terms and Conditions

16. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
17. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
18. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
19. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

21. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
22. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
23. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
24. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
25. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
26. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
27. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in
28. conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
29. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
