1. The Deposit + Bonus amount needs to be wagered thirty times (30x) before any winnings can be withdrawn
2. The maximum deposit to receive full available bonus = £20. If you deposit more than this only the max eligible amount will be taken into account for wagering purposes EG; 50% up to £100 reload bonus – Max deposit for full bonus is £200. But if you deposit £300, the remaining £100 would be ringfenced from wagering requirements.

**Low risk bets on Roulette games:
No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

15. Only one welcome offer per player, household and IP address is permitted.
16. Games on Poker Games, side games on the Grosvenor Poker client or Sportsbook bets do not count towards this promotion.
17. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
18. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
19. Customers have 7 days from the moment the £30 bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
20. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
21. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
22. The bonus is only available to players that have registered from one of our permitted and licensed jurisdictions.
23. In any dispute, the Grosvenor Casinos management decision will be final.

25. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable.
26. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other grosvenorcasinos.com offer. Should 2 or more promotions run at the same time, customers will have to fulfil the necessary requirement separately to take advantage of the additional promotion(s).
27. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. This be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
29. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
31. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
32. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
33. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, as part of our normal regulatory obligations, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
