Terms & conditions

1. These terms relate to the Grosvenor Casinos “Welcome to GC Venues” promotion (“The Promotion”).
2. The promotion will be available to be claimed one time only after visiting one of Grosvenor Casino Venues for the first time and within 72 hours from receiving invitation.
3. Eligible players will be invited via email, SMS, onsite notification or in one of our venues and will be able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
4. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
5. By taking part players hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to Grosvenor Casino’s standard terms and conditions.
6. To qualify, eligible players will need to opt in on the promotional page, deposit and stake required amount within 72hrs of receiving the invitation.

Online Casino Bonus

7. The online casino bonus of £20 will be available instantly once required deposit of £20 is made and wagering requirement of £20 is met.
8. £20 will have to be staked on any slot game.
9. Only cash stakes will contribute to staking requirement.
10. Player will have 7 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
11. Once the player has claimed the bonus, they will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in their Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements is met.
12. The bonus amount will need to be wagered 20 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
13. Maximum amount of bonus to be converted into cash will be automatically capped at £500.
14. Players can withdraw funds from their Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from their Cash Balance, they will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.

16. If a player will have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by player’s bonus balance.
17. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to player’s cash and Bonus balances.

19. Some games will contribute a lower wagering percentage than others, as illustrated in the following table:

**Low risk bets on Roulette games:

No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.

Retail Casino Bonus

20. Upon depositing £20 and wagering £20 online, the player will receive an email on following Friday, which will need to be shown at the cash desk in any Grosvenor Casino venue to receive the additional £20 retail casino bonus.
21. Screenshot of the email be accepted at the cash desk.
22. The email or screenshot will have to include customer’s membership number to validate eligibility.
23. Retail £20 casino bonus will be able to be used on any games except poker and will have a 1x wagering requirement.
24. Player will have 7 days to visit any Grosvenor Casino and claim his reward before it expires.
25. All winnings will be paid in cash, after the wagering requirement is met.
    
    

General Terms & Conditions

26. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any player who has already placed a qualifying bet.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
28. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
30. Players whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
31. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
32. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product.
33. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor players. Players who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
34. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the player.
