1. This promotion is valid only to customers of grosvenorcasinos.com who have directly received this offer.
2. The Promotion can be entered at the Website and commences at 00:00 on Tuesday 1st December 2020 and ends at 23:59 on Sunday 6th December 2020 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
3. In order to qualify, customers must opt in to the Promotion on the promotion’s page and stake minimum £50 cash on any Casino game during the Promotional Period to be entered into a draw to win a tangible prizes.
4. Payout table for the Prize Draw:

5. For every £50 staked on any Casino game, customers will gain an entry into the prize draw.
6. Only one prize will be allocated per customer.
7. The total number of prizes available for is 315. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
8. The prize draw will take place within one week following the end of the weekly Promotional Period.
9. The winners will be notified by email on the 7^th If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 7 days from the draw, the promoter will re-draw another winner.
10. Hampers (may contain alcohol) will be sent to winners’ home addresses within 30 days from prize confirmation.
11. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
12. Games on Poker Games, side games on the Grosvenor Poker client or Sportsbook bets do not count towards this Promotion.
13. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
19. Any abuse of the Promotion may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
21. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
22. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

24. The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
