We want to let you know about all the steps we have put in place to help make Grosvenor your safe choice for gaming and dining and how we can play it safe, together.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

We know that things will be a bit different when we reopen and we have updated our processes in line with government guidance and legislation. Let’s walk you through the steps we’ve taken and what you can expect on your next visit:

ID checks for everyone on entry

All our customers are required to provide ID or their Grosvenor Casinos membership card on entry to the casino, and to check in on the NHS Track & Trace

Limited table & venue capacity

We have introduced capacity limits in our venues to help keep everyone safe. This also includes player limits on our tables and games to ensure appropriate social distancing.

PPE for teams and customers

All our customers and team members are asked to wear a face mask or covering in line with government legislation when they are in our casinos (but not when consuming food and drinks).

Disposable face coverings are available in the casino for a small donation to our charity partner Carer’s Trust.

Hand sanitiser stations throughout

Everyone is used to this now and our casinos are no exception. You’ll find sanitiser stations around the casino, please help yourself and remember to wash your hands regularly.

Processes to prevent queues

We’ve implemented queue processes to make it really easy for everyone to follow and get around. Customers are asked not to congregate in groups anywhere in our casinos.

Optional hygiene screens between players

We can provide optional clear screens, meaning that you can play safely whether that is on a table or on our gaming machines, but you won’t miss out on any of the action.

Frequent & rigorous cleaning procedures

All our chips, cards, tables, machines, touchpoints throughout the casino and all areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected. Ask a team member if you would like to know more.

Contactless payment options 

Don’t want to use cash?  No problem… you can use your membership card to create an online wallet where you can transfer funds to your card to play.  Click here to set one up. We also accept debit cards, Apple Pay or TiTo tickets.

Our bars are temporarily closed but you can still eat and drink in the casino

Our bars are temporarily closed so we can avoid queues, however you can order using our online food and drinks website at casinofood.menu or simply ask a team member.

Disposable/single use menus

We have introduced single use menus that are disposed of after each use for both drinks and food. You can also check out our full menu by visiting casinofood.menu when you are in the casino.
