Paysafecard is a prepaid payment method that allows you to deposit funds online without the need to add card or bank information to your Grosvenor Casinos account. All approved Paysafecard transactions will be credited to your Grosvenor Casinos account immediately upon approval. Please note, the maximum you will be able to deposit by entering the 16-digit Paysafecard (voucher) PIN will be £40. Individual payments up to this amount will continue to be accepted as normal. Deposits over £40 can only be made through your personal online Paysafecard account.

Please Note:

  • If you have deposited via a non-refundable payment method, then you will be subject to higher levels of reviews to confirm your identity before withdrawal to a different payment method is approved.
  • It’s your responsibility to inform us if one of the payment methods registered on your account is lost, cancelled or stolen and you should be able to provide the necessary proof.
  • You will usually only be able to withdraw your winnings via the same payment method that you deposited originally. If there is more than one payment method registered on your account, the payments team will process the withdrawal to the refundable payment method with the highest exposure, provided it has not expired.
  • Exposure means the amount of deposits you’ve built up on your account with a particular payment method, in relation to the total withdrawals you’ve made.

Here’s how it works:

  • You’ve deposited £100 with debit card A and then deposit £50 with debit card B
  • You wager some of your funds and win £200, which you then decide to withdraw
  • Even though the deposit you wagered with came from debit card B, your withdrawal will be split between the two cards (£100 to each) in order to pay down the exposure on debit card A
