Terms & Conditions

1. Katie Swift’s Women’s Weekly tournaments are exclusive to women only.
2. The password for these events will be provided on the ‘Katie Swift Women’s Poker Game’ Facebook Group every week.
3. The Katie Swift Women’s Weekly tournaments are restricted to one player per household, even if there is more than one computer retained at the address.
4. Leaderboard points will be given as per ‘Points System’ referenced on this page.
5. Leaderboard will be updated Thursday after each game.
6. The monthly leaderboard prizes will be credited within 5 working days on the new calendar month.
7. In the event of a tie in any position a count back on best position will determine the final position held. Should the best position achieved be the same, the player who achieved the best position first will get the higher place. 
8. The top 4 placed players in each monthly leaderboard will receive a ticket to join the 8-max final on the dates advertised above.
9. Grosvenor Poker reserve the right to disqualify players if they reasonably suspect that collusion or other abusive strategies takes place. Players must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions.
10. Grosvenor Poker reserve the right to withhold any prize won if there are reasonable grounds to believe a player is ineligible.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on customers. 
12. To fulfil its regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
13. Grosvenor Poker reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
