Daily Match Moment

The Daily Match Moment promotion is designed to drive customer visits by offering, on a customer’s first recorded visit of each gaming day (6am to 6am), a Scratch Card with the opportunity to win either an instant prize or entry into a Prize Draw.

1. This promotion is available at participating Grosvenor Casinos Bayswater, Rialto, St Giles, The Victoria, Reading South, Aberdeen, Broad Street, Didsbury, Edinburgh, Leicester, Liverpool, Barracuda, Luton, Sheffield, Walsall, Bolton, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Dundee, Gt Yarmouth, Huddersfield, Leeds, Salford, Newcastle, Northampton, Nottingham, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Reading Central, Southampton, Southend, Stockton, Stoke, Sunderland & Thanet
2. Excludes Grosvenor Casinos Hill St., Blackpool, Brighton, Coventry, Merchant City, Riverboat, Hull, Gloucester Rd., Park Tower, Bury New Rd., Soames, Scarborough, Swansea & Stockport.
3. The promotion runs from 11th June to 19th July 2026 inclusive.
4. Prize Draw entry collection begins from 11th June 2026 at 6am.

Scratch Cards
5. Customers will receive one Scratch Card on the first recorded visit of each gaming day (6am to 6am) to a participating casino.
6. Customers must scratch the panel to reveal eight symbols.
7. Prizes are awarded according to the number of winning symbols (footballs) revealed.
8. Approximately 5% of Scratch Cards will contain an instant win prize.
9. Instant prizes may include £50, £25 Free Play, £10 Free Play, £5 Free Play, one free drink, £10 online credit and £5 online credit.
10. Scratch Cards that do not contain an instant win prize may be used as entry into a weekly Prize Draw.
11. Scratch Cards issued after the close of the final Prize Draw, from 21:45 on 18th July until the end of the campaign at 6am on 20th July, will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw. Any instant win prizes may still be claimed.

Instant Win Prizes

Free Play (£50, £25, £10 & £5)
a. The offer entitles the holder to free promotional play, valid on live tables, Electronic Roulette or Slots.
b. Play will be in the form of a Promotional Voucher.
c. Promotional Vouchers cannot be cashed out and must be played through or forfeited.
d. Promotional Vouchers are valid for 48 hours, after which they will become void.
e. This offer may only be redeemed once, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher, and is non-transferable.
f. Cards will be retained by the venue on redemption.

Free Drink 
a. The Free Drink voucher entitles the holder to one free pint, one bottle of beer, one 175ml glass of house wine, one 25ml house spirit and mixer, or a soft drink.
b. This voucher is valid only between 11th June 2026 and 19th July 2026.
c. The Free Drink voucher may be claimed by presenting the winning Scratch Card to a member of the bar or restaurant team before ordering.
d. Redeemed vouchers will be retained by the venue.
e. Closing date for redemption of this prize is 19th July 2026.
f. The promotion is valid at participating venues only.
g. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
h. This voucher cannot be used by Grosvenor Casinos employees.

£5 & £10 Online Credit at grosvenorcasinos.com 
a. The promotion is available to all new and existing Grosvenor Casino customers, aged 18 or over.
b. This promotion is available to eligible players who hold an active online account. 
c. The promotion will run from 11th June 2026 to 19th July 2026 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).

Online Cash Terms and Conditions
a. To redeem the online cash value, the player must enter the unique code in the Bonuses section of their online account.
b. The maximum total online cash amount available to a player is capped at £60.
  a. A maximum of four £5 cash codes may be claimed online.
  b. A maximum of four £10 cash codes may be claimed online.
c. The cash amount will be credited directly to the player’s account upon entry of the unique code in the Bonuses section.
d. The cash amount awarded will be specified in the winning notification and displayed in the player’s bonus history.
e. Cash prizes are not subject to any wagering requirements and may be used immediately.

k. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
l. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
m. Players who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a player is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
n. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
o. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a player found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
p. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
q. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings where gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse are identified. These include, but are not limited to, manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions on bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the crediting of winnings; “stashing” bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of flaws in game mechanics; or “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
r. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
s. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
t. The Promotion is also subject to our General Terms and Conditions, and all communications are subject to our Privacy Policy.

Prize Draws
12. Scratch Cards that do not contain an instant win prize may be used as entry into a weekly Prize Draw.
13. Scratch Cards that contain an instant win prize may instead be used as entry into a weekly Prize Draw, in which case the instant win prize will be forfeited.
14. Prize Draws take place weekly at 10pm on Saturday 20th and 27th June and 4th, 11th and 19th July.
15. Entries close at 21:45 on each draw day.
16. Entries submitted after the cut-off time will be rolled into the next available draw, up to and including the final draw.
17. Entries for the final draw will close at 21:45 on 19th July and no entries will be accepted beyond this time.
18. Lost, stolen or damaged Scratch Cards will not be replaced.
19. Prize Draw prizes vary by venue, as set out in the table below.

20. Winners will be drawn in reverse order: 3rd, 2nd and finally 1st.
21. Prize Draw Prizes will be in cash.
22. Customers may only win one prize per draw.  In the event of the same customer being drawn again, the prize will be re-drawn.
23. Winners do not need to be present at the time of the draw.
24. Prizes will be held for 28 days from the date of the draw. Any prize not claimed within that period will be forfeited.
25. It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether they have won a prize. Neither the venue nor the Promoter is responsible for notifying winners, although contact may be attempted using the details recorded on the customer’s membership account.
26. Scratch Cards issued after the close of the final Prize Draw, from 21:45 on 18th July until the end of the campaign at 6am on 20th July, will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw. Any instant win prizes may still be claimed.

General Terms
27. This promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over with a valid Grosvenor Casinos membership.
28. Customers who are self-excluded or barred are not eligible to participate.
29. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless stated.
30. By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the promotion at any time.
32. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision shall be final.
