£25K to share every week

1. The "Everyone Wins £25k Sharepot” promotion is open to fully verified and registered players of Grosvenor Casinos who are aged 18 years or over and can view the promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
2. The Promotion will run weekly (Monday to Sunday) from 01:00 UK time on Monday 28^th September 2026 until 23:59 UK time on Sunday 27th December 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Promotion Mechanics

3. Players must opt in weekly via the promotional page and wager a minimum of £50 on any slot games to qualify for the guaranteed £25,000 Share pot and earn one (1) prize draw entry.
4. Each additional £50 wager will award one (1) additional prize draw entry. There is no maximum number of entries.
5. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
6. Each week’s qualifying players will be entered into a cash prize draw which will be drawn at random taking place on the following Monday, the first one being on Monday 05^th October 2026.
7. 5 players will each win a top prize of £1,000 from the prize draw every week.
8. The remaining £20,000 share pot will be distributed amongst all remaining eligible entries, with each entry receiving an equal share of the available prize fund. This promotion guarantees a prize to all players who have at least one eligible entry in the draw.
9. The Promoter will strive to conduct the prize draw and sharepot results in a timely manner however if any difficulties occur, technical or otherwise, the draw will be conducted no later than 72h after the initial date.
10. Prizes will be awarded and winners contacted no later than 72h after the draw. Please ensure the contact details on your account are up to date.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
12. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
14. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
15. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
16. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
17. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
18. Players who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a player is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
19. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
20. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a player found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
21. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
22. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
23. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
24. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
