1. The Promoter: The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
2. Age & Account Requirements: To be eligible to participate in the promotion, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old, hold or have opened a valid account with us, and have your identity fully verified.
3. Restricted Access & VPNs: You must not use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to access the poker software.
4. Household & IP Restrictions: Only one (1) person per family, household address, computer, or unique IP address is permitted to enter this promotion.
5. Exclusions: The following individuals are strictly prohibited from participating:
   • Employees or family members of any employee of the Promoter, its ultimate parent company, or any subsidiary/affiliated company and/or their agents.
   • Anyone prohibited from participating in gambling activities for any reason.
   • Anyone who has self-excluded from gambling with us via any multi-operator self-exclusion scheme (such as GAMSTOP).
   • Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses. If such a customer participates due to an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
6. Regulatory & Identity Checks: Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during, or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity (such as a passport) and/or proof of address to verify your identity, age, and residency.
7. Breach of Terms: If a review of your documents reveals that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and forfeit any prizes already allocated or awarded, without compensation.
8. Account Restrictions: We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
9. Closed or Suspended Accounts: Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended, or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended, will have their prize forfeited.

11. Revenue Mission Opt-In: To participate in the revenue mission, players must explicitly opt in once during the qualification period via the poker software.
12. Revenue Mission Window: The Revenue Mission Qualification period runs specifically from 17/08/2026 00:00 GMT to 18/10/2026 18:00 GMT.
13. Offer Exclusivity: The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.

14. Mission Ticket Caps: The revenue mission will award a maximum of one (1) “€20 BOM A 2026 Mission” entry ticket per player during the entire Revenue Mission Qualification Period.
15. Mission Ticket Usage & Expiry: “€20 BOM A 2026 Mission” entry tickets are valid only in “Battle of Malta Qualifiers 2026” tournaments during the Promotion Period. These tickets will expire entirely on 19/10/2026.
16. Satellite Tickets (“€XX BOM A 2026 Entry”): Satellites will award entry tickets that can only be used in “Battle of Malta” 2026 Qualifiers related tournaments while the promotion is in progress.
    • These tickets expire two (2) months after issuance.
    • After the Promotion Period ends, unused tickets will be linked to any available tournaments carrying the same buy-in value.
17. Auto-Registration Tickets (“€XX BOM A 2026 Auto”): Auto-registration entry tickets are valid only in “Battle of Malta” Qualifiers 2026 target tournaments during the Promotion Period. These tickets will automatically register the player directly into the target event.
18. Package & Seat Placeholders: “BOM A 2026 €1,900 Package” & “BOM A 2026 €600 Seat” tickets will be issued online to winners purely as a placeholder prize for the live event. They cannot be used to play online and will expire on 28/10/2026.

19. No Cash Alternative: Unless stated otherwise, any reward, package, or seat is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance, and other expenses relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
20. Package Breakdown (€1,900 Total Value):

• Main Event Buy-In: €600.
• Hotel Accommodation: 5 nights at the voco Malta 5* hotel (Double / Twin / Single room with breakfast for 2 persons valued at €1,000). Accommodation dates are flexible based on your Day 1 tournament choice.
• Spending Money: €300 provided as cash-equivalent spending money only. It is not an itemized reimbursement for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses.

21. Travel & Documentation Responsibilities: By playing the Battle of Malta online tournaments, you declare that you are ready, willing, and able to travel to Malta. All travel arrangements and related costs (including flights, transfers, insurance, visas, and incidental expenses) are your sole responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring your passport is valid and obtaining any necessary travel visas. These costs will not be reimbursed or covered by the Promoter, iPoker, or the event organiser under any circumstances.
22. Third-Party Performance ("AS-IS"): Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines and carriage service providers. The Promoter is not responsible for the nature of the event, prizes, or their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim or demand in relation to them.

23. Live Event Details:

• Event Dates: 27th October 2026 – 4th November 2026.
• Venue: Casino Malta.
• Tournament: “NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X” (€1,500,000 Guaranteed from 28th October 2026, buy-in of €600). Players can choose any Day 1 Flight.
• Schedules: Please check the Battle of Malta Official Website for the latest schedules and further information.

24. First Seat Requirement: The first seat for the “Battle of Malta” 2026 won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “NLH BOM Let the Battle Begin Day 1X” starting from 28th October 2026 in Malta.

24. Venue Entry & Age Policies: Participation in the live event is subject to the venue’s local laws, entry rules, and policies:

• The minimum age to enter the casino in Malta is 18 for non-Maltese residents and 25 for Maltese citizens.
• If a player is included on the venue’s exclusion/blacklist lists (or is otherwise refused entry under the venue’s rules), that player will not be eligible to participate in the live event and will not be entitled to any cash alternative, refund, or compensation.

26. Tournament Cancellations: If an online tournament is cancelled or interrupted, the Promoter will return the buy-in value or network tickets to the players, allowing them to register for the next available event. The Promoter will not offer any additional compensation to players for cancelled or interrupted events unless otherwise agreed between parties.
27. Technical Failures: We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
28. Discretionary Rights: We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
29. Fraud & Breach Penalty: We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, or suspected of fraud.
30. Promotional Abuse Restrictions: We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds (e.g., switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings).
• “Stashing” bonus stage progression prior to the completion of wagering.
• Taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
• “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.

31. Prohibited Practices: We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play, as well as colluding with other players.

32. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, they must do so within the courts of England.
