• Spending money including travel expenses: € 1,100.
• It is hereby clarified that the players shall be responsible for booking their own travel & accommodation arrangements and the players shall be solely responsible for making sure their passport is valid and that they have a visa to enter the country of the tournament, if applicable.
5. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
6. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
7. By playing the Irish Open tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Dublin (Ireland), in order to participate at the Irish Open event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
8. All Main Event seats for the Irish Poker Open won via an Online platform MUST be used in the Main Event Destination Tournament “Irish Open Main Event Day 1C - €2,500,000 Guaranteed” on 17th April 2025 in Dublin (the “Main Event Destination Tournament”).
9. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Irish Open Main Event Day 1X - €2,500,000 Guaranteed”) or use the €1,150 buy in to enter another event (any other €1,150 buy in event or as a part-payment for entry into any of the 6 x High Roller events with buy ins from €3,000 to €10,000).
Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “Irish Open Main Event Day 2 - €2,500,000 Guaranteed” on 19th April 2025, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Dublin.
10. All Mini Event seats for the Irish Poker Open won via an Online platform MUST be used in the Mini Event Destination Tournament “Mini Irish Open Day 1X - €1,000,000 GTD” from 10th April 2025 to 20th April 2025in Dublin (the “Mini Event Destination Tournament”).
11. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Mini Irish Open Day 1X - €1,000,000 GTD”) or use the €250 buy in to enter another event. Players will only be able to carry over their largest stack into “Mini Irish Open Final Day - €1,000,000 GTD” on 21st April 2025, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Dublin.
12. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator. All unused seats will be entered automatically into the Destination Tournament
13. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Irish Open 2025 Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress.
14. “€3 IPO 2025 PACKAGE Entry”, “€15 IPO 2025 PACKAGE Entry”, “€150 IPO 2025 [PACKAGE]”, “€150 IPO 2025 [Mission]”, “€5 IPO 2025 SEATS Entry” and “€50 IPO 2025 SEATS Entry” entry tickets are valid only in “IRISH OPEN” tournaments during the Promotion Period and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Promotion Period they will be linked to all tournaments.
15. Players who win “€0.25 IPO 2025 PACKAGE Auto” (expires on 31/03/2025), “€3 IPO 2025 PACKAGE Auto” (expires on 31/03/2025), “€15 IPO 2025 PACKAGE Auto” (expires on 31/03/2025), “€150 IPO 2025 [PCKG] Auto” (expires on 31/03/2025), “€0.5 IPO 2025 SEATS Auto” (expires on 07/04/2025), “€5 IPO 2025 SEATS Auto” (expires on 07/04/2025) and “€50 IPO 2025 SEATS Auto” (expires on 07/04/2025) auto-registration entry tickets will be automatically registered to the next target tournament after qualifying from a respective satellite.

17. To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the mission Qualification Period, as defined below via the poker software.
18. Revenue mission Qualification Period: 06/01/2025 00:00 GMT – 30/03/2025 18:00 GMT.
19. Maximum amount of “€150 IPO 2025 [Mission]” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 2 per player during the mission Qualification Period.
20. The revenue mission will award “€150 IPO 2025 [Mission]” entry tickets that are valid only in “IRISH OPEN PACKAGE Xx€2,250|D1” tournaments until 30/03/2025. “€150 IPO 2025 [Mission]” entry tickets expire on the 31/03/2025.
21. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, Operator will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. Operator will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

23. Operator, Promoter and/or any third-party providing services to Operator in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.

Operator, Promoter and/or any Third Party, reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
27. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
