1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited ("Operator", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

To participate in this promotion, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Hold a valid poker account with us and have successfully completed any identity verification requirements requested by the Operator.
• Not access the poker platform through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or any technology intended to disguise your location.
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of the Operator, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated companies.
• Not be prohibited from participating in gambling activities by law, court order, regulatory restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement, including but not limited to GAMSTOP or any equivalent scheme.
• Be eligible to receive promotions under the Operator's marketing and bonus policies.

5. Malta Poker Festival Event Details

The Malta Poker Festival Autumn 2026 takes place:

• Dates: 23 October 2026 to 3 November 2026
• Venue: Portomaso Casino, Malta
• Featured Tournament: MPF Grand Event Day 1
• Buy-in: €600
• Players may select any available Day 1 flight, subject to tournament availability.
• Tournament schedules, structures and flight availability are subject to change at the discretion of the tournament organisers.

6. Seat Prize Details

A seat prize consists of:

• One (€600) MPF Grand Event buy-in.
• Total prize value: €600.

No accommodation, travel expenses, spending money or other benefits are included.

7. Package Prize Details

A package prize consists of:

• MPF Grand Event buy-in (€600).
• Five (5) nights accommodation at Hilton Malta with breakfast.
  • Check-in: 29 October 2026
  • Check-out: 3 November 2026
  • Accommodation dates are fixed and cannot be changed.
• Hospitality benefits valued at approximately €120, including:
  • Club Level 22 entry for two people.
  • Casino buffet for one player.
  • Complimentary tournament-week beverages as designated by the venue.
  • Hop-On Hop-Off bus pass for one person.
• Spending money contribution of €330.

Total package value: €2,250.

8. Travel Responsibilities

Prize winners are solely responsible for:

• Booking and paying for flights and travel arrangements.
• Visas, travel documentation and passport validity.
• Travel insurance.
• Airport transfers and incidental expenses.
• Compliance with all immigration and entry requirements applicable to Malta.

The Operator shall not reimburse any travel-related costs that are not expressly included within the prize package.

9. Prize Restrictions

Seats, packages, tickets and prizes:

• Are non-refundable.
• Are non-transferable unless expressly authorised by the event organiser.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products.
• Must be used for the designated event or will be forfeited.

All taxes and personal expenses relating to any prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Third Party Suppliers

Prizes may include products or services provided by third parties. The Operator accepts no responsibility for the acts, omissions, availability, quality or performance of third-party suppliers, venues, travel providers or event organisers.

11. Ability to Attend

By participating in qualifying events, players confirm that they are willing and able to travel to Malta and meet all entry requirements necessary to attend and participate in the live event.

Players should note that casino entry requirements are set by the venue and local legislation.

12. Use of Won Seats

All seats won through qualifying tournaments must be used in the designated Malta Poker Festival event for which they were awarded.

Where a player wins multiple seats, tournament usage shall be governed by the organiser's tournament rules and procedures.

13. Revenue Mission Qualification

Players wishing to participate in any Revenue Mission must opt in through the poker software during the qualification period.

Qualification Period:
24 August 2026 00:00 GMT to 11 October 2026 18:00 GMT.

Only one qualifying Revenue Mission ticket may be awarded per player during the qualification period.

14. Promotional Tickets

Revenue Mission tickets and satellite qualification tickets:

• May only be used in designated Malta Poker Festival qualification tournaments.
• Have fixed expiry dates as displayed in the poker client.
• Will automatically expire if unused by the stated expiry date.
• Have no cash value.

Auto-registration tickets may automatically register a player into the designated target event.

15. Package and Seat Placeholder Tickets

Online placeholder tickets representing live-event seats or packages:

• Have no online gameplay value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
• Will expire if not redeemed in accordance with event requirements.

16. Data Sharing

By participating, players acknowledge and agree that information necessary for event registration may be shared with the relevant tournament organiser or venue for the purpose of facilitating participation in the live event.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

17. Tournament Cancellation

If a qualifying tournament is cancelled, abandoned or interrupted, compensation will be limited to the return of buy-ins, tournament tickets or other remedies determined by the Operator or network rules.

No additional compensation shall be payable unless required by applicable law.

18. Household Restriction

Only one participant per family, household, residential address, computer or IP address may participate in this promotion unless expressly authorised by the Operator.

19. Multiple Accounts and Collusion

The Operator reserves the right to disqualify participants and withhold prizes where it reasonably suspects:

• Use of multiple player accounts.
• Account sharing.
• Syndicate play.
• Collusion.
• Chip dumping.
• Any form of coordinated activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any conduct designed to abuse the promotion.

20. Prize Withholding

Where we reasonably believe that a participant is ineligible or has breached these terms, we reserve the right to withhold, cancel, remove or recover any prize, seat, package, ticket, bonus funds or winnings awarded under this promotion.

21. General Promotional Terms

The following terms apply to this promotion:

• Any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless required by law.
• Our decision regarding all aspects of the promotion is final and binding.
• We accept no responsibility for entries, registrations or participation that cannot be completed due to technical failures, network disruption, software malfunction, hardware failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
• We may request proof of identity, age, residency or source of funds at any time before, during or after the promotion.
• Accounts that are closed, suspended, self-excluded or otherwise restricted may be excluded from participation and prize eligibility.
• We reserve the right to remove any prize, bonus funds or associated winnings where promotional abuse, fraud, exploitation of software or game mechanics, or other prohibited conduct is identified.
• We may impose account restrictions where required by law, regulation or responsible gambling obligations.

22. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or connected with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• The Operator's Privacy Policy.
• Any applicable poker network rules and tournament rules.

In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and the Operator's General Terms and Conditions, these Promotion Terms shall prevail only to the extent of that conflict.
