Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion ("Promotion") is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited ("Operator", "we", "us", or "our").

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Promotional Terms and Conditions, together with the Operator's General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will run from 28 September 2026 to 16 November 2026 inclusive.

3. Eligibility

To participate in this Promotion, players must:

• Be aged 21 years or over.
• Hold a valid, verified account with the Operator.
• Have completed any identity verification requirements requested by the Operator.
• Not access the poker software using a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
• Not be an employee, contractor or agent of the Operator, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such persons.
• Not be prohibited from participating in gambling activities.
• Not be self-excluded through any applicable self-exclusion scheme, including GAMSTOP where applicable.

Only one participant per family, household, computer, or IP address may participate in this Promotion.

4. Festival Event Details

The Promotion awards entries to The Festival in Tallinn 2026, taking place from 20 November 2026 to 29 November 2026 at Olympic Park Casino, Tallinn, Estonia.

Qualifying players may win entry into:

• Event #34 NLH Main Event (€555 buy-in)
• Event #27 Mixed Games Main Event TORSES (€555 buy-in)

Players may select any available Day 1 flight for their qualifying event.

5. Prizes

Players may win either:

Festival Package

Total package value: €1,850

The package includes:

• €555 Main Event Buy-In
• Hotel accommodation in Tallinn (subject to availability)
• Hospitality package
• €250 spending money

The €250 spending money is provided as a cash-equivalent allowance only and is not reimbursement for travel expenses.

Festival Seat

Total prize value: €555

The prize consists solely of entry into an eligible live event at The Festival in Tallinn.

6. Travel and Attendance

By participating in any Festival qualifier, players confirm that they:

• Are ready, willing and legally able to travel to Tallinn, Estonia.
• Hold all required travel documentation, passports, visas and permits.
• Accept full responsibility for arranging and paying for travel, transfers, insurance and any incidental expenses.

Neither the Operator, iPoker nor the event organisers will reimburse travel expenses under any circumstances.

The minimum age to enter the casino in Estonia is 21 years.

7. Package and Seat Restrictions

• Packages and seats are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners must use their prizes in the designated live event or forfeit them.
• Any taxes, insurance or additional costs associated with attendance remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Package winners will receive a placeholder ticket which cannot be used for online play.
• Placeholder tickets expire on 25 November 2026.

Players may win a maximum of:

• One (1) Festival Package during the Promotion Period.

Following a package win, the player will be excluded from further package qualifiers but may continue to participate in seat-only qualifiers.

Players may win multiple seats.

8. Multiple Seat Winners

Players who win multiple seats may:

• Enter multiple Day 1 flights of the NLH Main Event; or
• Use seats for the Mixed Games Main Event TORSES where permitted by the event organiser.

Where a player qualifies for multiple Day 2 entries in the NLH Main Event through different Day 1 flights:

• Each qualifying flight will receive the applicable minimum cash payment.
• Only the player's largest qualified stack will remain in play for Day 2.

Where permitted by the event organisers, players already qualified for Day 2 who possess additional Main Event tickets may be allowed to:

• Transfer a ticket to another player at the venue; or
• Exchange a ticket for alternative tournament entries, subject to any required cash top-up.

Any such arrangements are solely at the discretion of the event organisers.

9. Prize Conditions

Packages are provided on an "as-is" basis.

The Operator accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, services, performance or quality of any third-party suppliers, including but not limited to:

• Airlines
• Hotels
• Transportation providers
• Event organisers

No warranty is provided regarding the availability, quality or suitability of any prize component.

10. General Promotion Terms

1. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
2. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
3. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, hardware failure, software failure, network interruption, server failure or telecommunications issue.
4. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. We may request proof of identity, age, address or residency before, during or after the Promotion.
6. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
7. Participants whose accounts are closed, suspended or found to be duplicated may be disqualified and have prizes forfeited.
8. Customers previously excluded from promotional offers are not eligible for this Promotion.
9. The Operator reserves the right to apply account restrictions in accordance with regulatory obligations.
10. Any prize awarded in error may be removed.

11. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification

The Operator reserves the right to remove any prizes, winnings or promotional benefits where it reasonably suspects:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Multiple account abuse.
• Collusion with other players.
• Syndicate play.
• Use of VPNs or similar technologies.
• Promotional abuse.
• Manipulation of game mechanics.
• Bonus abuse.
• Circumvention of promotional restrictions.
• Any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.

The Operator may withhold, cancel or reclaim prizes where a participant:

• Breaches these terms.
• Is found to be ineligible.
• Acts in a manner considered abusive or fraudulent.

12. Amendment and Cancellation

The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time where necessary for legal, regulatory, technical or commercial reasons.

Such action shall be without prejudice to any participant who has already fulfilled the qualifying requirements prior to the change.

13. Liability

The Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any cancellation, postponement or alteration of The Festival in Tallinn.
• Any failure of third-party suppliers.
• Any travel disruption.
• Any personal loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation in the Promotion or attendance at the live event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Data Protection

By participating in this Promotion, winners acknowledge that personal information may be shared with the event organiser for the purpose of administering tournament registrations and prizes.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. General Terms

This Promotion is also subject to the Operator's General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on the Operator's website. In the event of any conflict between these Promotional Terms and the Operator's General Terms and Conditions, these Promotional Terms shall prevail in relation to this Promotion.
