1. The promoter of the €3,000 Weekly Cash Game Leaderboard (the “Promotion”) is [Grosvenor Casinos Ltd]
2. To participate in this Promotion, players must opt in via the poker lobby once during the Promotion Period.
3. Promotion will run weekly from 3rd October 2025
4. Qualification Period is 7 full days from:
   • Starts: Friday 20:00:00
   • Ends: Friday 19:59:59
5. Cash Game hands completed within this period will count towards the leaderboard
6. The promotion will include play at both EUR (€) and GBP (£) cash game tables of 6-max and Full Ring.
7. Heads Up cash tables will be excluded from the promotion.
8. Leaderboard points are rewarded at a rate of 10 points per €1 rake 
9. In the event of a tie, the player who reached the points first during the Qualifying Period will be ranked at the higher position.
10. Cash prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
11. To be able to play at Grosvenor Poker it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
12. Employees, any family members of employees, of Grosvenor Casinos Ltd and/or Grosvenor Casinos Ltd.’s Group, and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
14. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on customers. 
16. Grosvenor Poker reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
17. To fulfil its regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
